About the Event
Imagine waking up to a nourishing yoga practice, then eating a fresh-made organic farm-to-table breakfast, then going on a hike on one of the retreat trails. After a long hike, come back for a refresh in the salt water pool, enjoy the company of new and old friends, lunch, then some reflection and journaling time before our evening sound bath. After dinner take a soak in the hot tub under the stars, and then simply crawl into bed for a deep peaceful sleep.
